Eva Solo sauté pan has steep high sides that make it equally suitable for sautéeing, simmering as well as the light frying of vegetables and meat and also frying over a high heat with only a minimum of fat.  This pan can be used on all heat sources - including induction. It is made of Almuninium, Oak, and Non-stick Slip-Let coating. The Parts with wood are not dishwasher*safe but they can be wiped with a damp clothes. Other parts are dishwasher safe.
