Eva Solo kitchen pot can be used on all heat sources - including induction. It is made of Almuninium, Oak, and Non-stick Slip-Let coating. Both the pot and lid withstand high temperatures and can therefore be used in the oven. The cookware becomes hot during use, but with their large, flat handles, both the pot and the lid are easy to handle, even when using potholders. This is dishwasher safe.
